Need game instructions for these old ravensburger games – animal tracks, pick-an-apple, white rabbit, rio +?
HI, can anyone help me! I’ve picked up some awesome old games by ravensburger, but none have the original instructions and are difficult to figure out how to play! They are:
Animal Tracks (German game with deer, bear, fox, squirrel, hare and cat tracks on a snow-covered board, lots of counters)
Pick-an-Apple (4 cute little apple trees with red apple tokens hanging from them, yellow buckets to put them in, and board with central spinner – don’t know what the spinner sections represent!)
White Rabbit (small game with tiny board with circular track, one space with red spot. Little rabbit token and 24 cards & dice)
Rio (gambling type game with dice & ‘stick’ like tokens, apparently roll the dice and try not to lose tokens but not sure how this works – again in a small box)
I also have some old games, not ravensburger, without instructions: John Sands "Quizking";Crown & Andrews "Simon Says" (Simon Townsend’s Wonderworld!!!); Parker Brothers "Ulcers"; "Challenge Yahtzee"; "deduction"; "aussie wheel"; and "super 12 yacht race".
If anyone has instructions, knows how to play any of these, or knows where I can get them from that would be GREAT!!!!! I can give you more details if required….
Thank you if you can help me!
It’s a shame to have all these great games and not be able to play them….
First place to check would be the publishers’ web sites. Hasbro (Milton Bradley, Parker Brothers, et al.) and Ravensburger are especially good at having their rules available for download. Your second stop should be www.boardgamegeek.com. There you can find rules to download and Aussies such as yourself who would have these games in their collections.
