How Bad do You Want It?
That is the question you have to ask yourself over and over again when you want to change your body and adopt a fitness lifestyle. Most women think they want a new body really bad and they feel like they will give up anything to make it happen… however when that first rough morning comes or that piece of cake is laid in front of them, they crack.
If you want it really bad then you will succeed because you have internalized your goals. Here’s a great way that I help to reinforce how back I want it.
Go over your goals everyday. I like to wake up in the morning and go through my goals and make sure that I am doing the right things to get to my goals. When you see these everyday then you will begin to internalize them to the point where you are practically a goal reaching machine.
For example, let’s say you want to adopt a fitness lifestyle that has weight training for women at the corner stone. Then make sure that you have each workout for the month planned out so you know what to do when. That will help you hit those goals with no problem at all.
