An Instant Workout at Home

If you were able to observe your habits you would realize that you probably carry your cell phone with you everywhere you go even at home. Statistics have shown that most people are never less than 15 feet from their mobile phones at any given time. They take them to the shower and to dinner table.

Here is a quick tip to give your family some relief and you some exercise. The next time you are home, leave the phone plugged up to the charger and go about your routine. Then, when the phone rings, you must walk or run to it. This will add at least 75 to 350 steps to your day and will give you a nice workout.
