Unbiased Reporting With No Funny Business

March 16, 2010 - 7:54 am No Comments

You may have heard me talk about my love for Consumer Reports magazine. They are top on my love list because they absolutely refuse to accept paid advertising in their magazine. There money is strictly made on the subscriptions and donations from everyday consumers like you and me. This is cool because you can rest assured that if Consumer Reports says choose Medifast over Slim Fast, you know it is not because of a returned favor but because the facts are allowed to speak. Another cool thing is that they don’t accept free test samples from manufactures. This means that you can 100% trust the information you read.

Truck accidents are different from accidents involving cars or other passenger vehicles. In most truck accidents, you would not be filing a claim just against the driver. A truck accident claim can involve the driver’s employer, the manufacturer of a defective product that caused the accident or any contractor or entity that failed to maintain the truck in proper condition.

Because these cases can be so complicated it’s a good idea to make sure you have good personal injury attorney los angeles. There’s a lot of moving parts and someone that can see what and who may be at fault in such a case can make sure that you are rewarded the proper settlement.

Many times the damage and injuries involved in a truck accident are more sever due to the larger vehicle involved. And you deserve to be taken care of should this happen.
