No More Biscuits and Exercises

My new diet consist mostly of biscuits and cookies, which they tell me have the correct amount of protein to get me all energized throughout the day. Who am I fooling? It feels like I have been on the dizzy dummy for the whole week. I can’t even concentrate on my work.

Even if I manage to get myself on top of my Air Climber, it will take me a little as 15 minutes before I think I’m gonna throw up. I went to the doctor and she recommend that I change my diet into one that is balanced and effective. So no more biscuits for me, but as for exercisers, I’ll consider it greatly.

Why My Mom Can’t Seem to Lose Weight

My mother has been battling with weight loss for several years now. It seems that she just can’t keep the weight off. She has tried and tried to lose as much as 40 pounds but whenever she tries, it just seems to come back. Part of the problem is that my mom is older now and never really implemented really healthy lifestyle habits early on in her life. It is also no secret that losing weight as we get older is harder than it was when we were young.

But I have given my mom some tips that I think will help her. First she needs to increase her protein intake. Second, she should spend at least 20 minutes a day on her Air Climber machine. We are also going to start doing P90X in the next few days.

Trying to Get My Abs Flat

I am on a mission as of late to get my abs into tip top shape. I have never had a 6 pack but all of my friends have and I am jealous of them for it. We are planning a trip to Miami this May and so I have to have at least a 2 pack in my bikini to be happy.

So I am going to try Medifast along with my daily routine of exercise to see what will happen. Hopefully my dream of having the perfect body will be fulfilled with the help of Medifast. I guess I will soon see!

Committing Yourself to a Diet Plan

When starting a diet program with no real aim of ever completing it and to get the desired results will definitely make you much more likely to fail miserably. Although picking a diet from those proven diets that work may in fact assist you in getting the results you want but in general coming with this kind of attitude there is no real big chance of any success. Many people are more dieting is more of an emotional process and the eating part is secondary. Therefore in some case it would be better to settle these thoughts before committing yourself to a diet plan.

This is the time that the fashion industry will release it’s spring and the beginning of the summer collections. They are getting ready and building excitement about what they are going to offer.

Well you need to follow their step, because this is the perfect time for you to start thinking about your spring and summer body. You have the perfect amount of time to begin making changes that will last a lifetime.

Are you using resistance training?

If not then that is going to be the first thing you need to do. Stop running endlessly on the treadmill and get your woman butt in the weight room for some great exercises to lose weight.

Make sure you’re using full body exercises too.

Are you finally cleaning up your nutrition?

This is an absolute must. Don’t fall for the winter carb overload. Yes they are comfort filling foods but they also make you really fat. Carbs are important, but in moderation.

Also to change you diet, don’t change it all at once… make 5 to 6 really small changes each month. By spring you’ll have a completely new nutritional diet and it will be a lot easier to adapt to.

Do you have people that encourage you all the time?

These types of people can be hard to find, but they are vital. You will not always believe in yourself and this is where you have to have that group who can push and believe in you.

Find these things and you will have the most rocking bikini body, but most importantly you will have an all new self belief and confidence in yourself.
